Auto Tests include:

Scheduled Auto Test Fees:
- Maneuverability Test – $35.00
- Driving Test – $25.00
Expedited Auto Test Fees:
- Maneuverability Test – $45.00
- Driving Test – $35.00
What to Know Before You Test
The auto (Class D) test takes approximately 20 minutes, and results are submitted directly to the BMV. If you do not pass, you may retest as early as the second business day. However, if you are over 21 and do not pass the test, Ohio law requires you to complete the Adult Abbreviated Driver Training Program before you are eligible to retest. Requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older
- Valid learner’s permit
- Driver education course completed if under 21

Test Day Expectations:
- Sign in at the office
- Complete required test(s)
- Results entered electronically to the Ohio BMV
